The Lorain County Children Services Board consists of thirteen (12) Board members appointed by the Lorain County Commissioners. LCCS Board members generally serve four-year terms. The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m., unless posted otherwise. LCCS Board meetings are open to the public.
Lorain County Children Services Board Members:
Jim Miller, Board Chair- Mr. Miller is the Director of the Lorain County Port Authority.
Andrew Lipian, Board Vice Chair- Mr. Lipian is the Lorain County Economic Development Coordinator.
Christina Doran, Board Secretary- Ms. Doran is the Financial Supervisor with The Sherwin Williams Paint Co.
Mallory Santiago- Ms. Santiago is a Civil Division Assistant Law Director/Prosecutor for the City of Lorain.
Kenneth Glynn - Mr. Glynn is the Adult Outreach Associate for Lorain County Community College.
Martin Heberling- Mr. Heberling is a Teacher for Lorain City Schools and Councilman at Large for the City of Amherst.
Lee Armbruster- Ms. Armbruster is the Coordinator of Community Partnerships and Educational Opportunities for North Ridgeville City Schools.
Dan Gross- Mr. Gross is the Facilities Management Director for Lorain County.
Tamara Newton- Ms. Newton is the Deputy Clerk of Courts for the City of Lorain.
Tawana M. Jackson- Dr. Jackson is an Assistant College Lecturer at Cleveland State University.
Roberto Davila- Mr. Davila is the Assistant Principal for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Rania Assily- Ms. Assily is an Assistant Professor at Cuyahoga County Community College.

If you are interested in providing Public Comment during an upcoming LCCS Board meeting, please review the Guidelines for Providing Public Comment at the Lorain County Children Services Board Meetings, then click here to notify the Board Chair and Executive Director of your interest. If you are unable to notify the Board ahead of time, you may also notify the Board Chair on the day of the Board meeting, prior to the start of the meeting whenever possible, or during the Public Comment agenda item. The Board Chair will allow public comment upon the Board Chair’s discretion pending adherence to these Guidelines.
