posted 3/20/15 -- Columbia Gas employees hopped by the agency to donate 26 Easter Baskets and several dozen candy bags. Before they finished arranging them on the conference room table, staff had gathered so they could choose a basket for a special child on their caseload. Among the key findings is that local funding now funds over half (52%) of the total child welfare spending in Ohio; the state share of funding remains lowest in the nation at 9%.
