Community Advisory Network

Lorain County Children Services' Community Advisory Network (CAN) meetings are held three times per year. Interested community stakeholders and staff are invited to attend and recieve updates on projects/programs in process and to provide ideas and feedback on prospective changes to our child protection system.

These meetings are open to the public but do require an RSVP. If you would like to recieve invitations and agendas to upcoming CAN meetings, please send an email to [email protected] and/or [email protected]

At each meeting, time is reserved for special announcements from stakeholder partners in attendance. If you would like to provide a brief (15 minutes or less) presentation to key Lorain County Social/community service providers, we would be happy to schedule that.

All CAN meetings are held at Lorain County Community College's Spitzer Conference Center from 8:30am-11:00am. Breakfast is provided.
